Felucarooms.com is the site conceived and designed by Chris and Marco.
Chris graduated in Economics in Bologna, Marco in Political Science in Padua. The logo, the Feluca, is their homage to the university spirit.
In 1892 on the occasion of the Galilean celebrations, the Paduan students exhumed the traditional fourteenth-century pointed cap, destined since then to become the hallmark of all university students. The felucca, similar to the hat that Robin Hood wore, is the heritage of all the students of the university. The color of the hat changes according to the faculty attended by the student: dark green agriculture, yellow economics, blue jurisprudence, black architecture, red medicine and surgery.
It is therefore from their student experience that the intention to create rooms, each identified with the name of a faculty, for foreign university students was born. The project was born and developed under the banner of what the University of Padua has represented for centuries, whose motto is Universa Universis Patavina Libertas (freedom in the University of Padua for whole, for all). Their desire is that those who stay in these rooms can savor that Paduan university spirit that has hovered over this city since 1222, the year of its foundation.

A great apartment with a good location. Perfect for Erasmus students! A little pricey maybe,, but it has a very nice location close to the city centre and university. Problems were always fixed swiftly by the caretaker and it was easy to communicate with the landlord.
The apartment is really nice, close to many bus lines, in a calm supermarkets and in a really calm neighborhood. Chris is really reactive concerning any issue and answers to any problem within a few days.
My boyfriend and I stayed in the double room of the Casa Tommaseo apartment during our Erasmus in Padova. We had a huge room with two double beds and a cute little balcony. The apartment is nice and newly renovated, and its location is very good: few minutes walk from the train station and 10-15 minutes by bike to the psychology campus and the city centre. Chris was always very helpful and responded quickly, if we had some problems.
I totally would recommend the apartment for Erasmus students: it’s slighly more expensive than most apartments, but it’s worth it for the location, big room and helpful landlord. It was a very pleasent experience:)
Chris is a very nice landlord and always responds quickly and solved any problem with the apartment. The neighbourhood felt safe and it´s very close to two bigger supermarkets.
Bravi ragazzi, consigliato per lunghi affitti.
My room in Casa Tommasseo was wonderful and gigantic! In addition, the whole appartment was just renovated so everything was brand new and clean. When something didn’t work, we could always reach out to Chris for help, who always responded very quickly. It was also very convenient that we had a bike parking spot. The location is perfect if you want to travel around, because you are at the station in 2 min, while still reaching the city center in 10 min by bike or 20 min by foot. The neighbourhood can be a bit dodgy, but I actually never felt truly unsafe. The price is quite high compared to other student rooms, but in exchange you get a brand new appartment where everything is in order, while I heard many horror stories from fellow students, who had to cope with mold etc. Would definitely recommend!
Chris was a very nice landlord! He was helpful and fixed problems quickly when asked!
