Years ago, as Erasmus students in an unfamiliar city, we experienced firsthand what it means to find housing abroad — the confusion, the uncertainty, the struggle of navigating a rental market that simply wasn't built for people like us.

We never forgot that feeling.

It became the lens through which, years later, we looked at Padova's real estate market from the other side — that of small private property owners, often just as lost when faced with international tenants, short-term leases, and a demand they didn't know how to meet.

We saw a clear opportunity: to build a bridge between two worlds that rarely connect — international students looking for reliable accommodation, and local owners looking for stable income without the stress of self-management.

Over the past decade, we have developed and refined a management model built specifically for small private landlords — one that 8 years in Padova's student housing market the long-term return on each property.
